we try our best to make sure that our products are a robust companion for all your adventures and are always here to help you with any concerns. We understand, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
All products have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, if any part fails we will work with you to resolve any issues.
If a part fails, please reach out to our support team on our contact page so we can help you try to fix the issue before filing a dispute or a refund via Paypal or your Bank.
In some cases, we understand that you might change your mind about your purchase and want to return the item.
If you’re not fully satisfied, we will accept the return request whether the product is defective or damaged or isn’t compliant with what you saw on our online store. As long as it is in the original packaging, we will refund your money minus shipping fees.
Incorrect or defective shipments must be returned in new condition and packaging to receive a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item. If we feel the goods have been used or are in tampered condition, further action may be required to support a valid refund claim.
